Papelão União

Papelão União is a traditional Brazilian manufacturer of heavy cardboard solutions, located in Guatambu/SC, in the city of Chapecó. Founded in 1988, it produces Heavy Cardboard (Grey Cardboard/Hardcover Grey Cardboard) used in the graphic and hardcover notebook industry for manufacturing diaries, notebooks, calendars, moleskines, rigid packaging, covering the entire national market and exporting to neighboring countries like Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia, and Chile. They are a main supplier to the printing and notebook market and are one of the largest manufacturers in the world in this segment. They constantly innovate to deliver the best product with maximum quality, rigidity, and flatness, offering thicknesses between 0.5 and 2.2 mm. They supply cardboard sheets in standard sizes (800x1000 and 860x1040mm) or custom-cut formats. They also produce brown dyed paper for tubes, barrels, and angles, and Maculatura Brown Paper for converting paper towels and toilet paper into tubes, also used for light and heavy tubes, barrels, and angles, available from 125/130g/m² to 300g/m², sold in sheets and rolls.
