Hempel Forge Limited (ISO 9001:2015) is a company that has an open-die forging facility and manufactures raw material such as forged round bars, shafts, rings, blocks, forged plates, sleeves. They specialize in manufacturing of Alloy Steels, Austenitic Stainless Steel, Ferritic Steel, Martensitic Steel, Nickel Alloys and Low Alloy Steels. Their facility is located in Kheda, Gujarat, equipped with 2 oil-fired gas furnaces, open-die forging with 2 hammers (10 ton Steam hammer and 1 ton pneumatic hammer), 13 conventional horizontal lathe machines, 1 VTL, 4 cutting machines capacity 850mm dia. They have a complete in-house heat treatment facility with a 10 ton electric bogie furnace and a 10 ton gas fired furnace, and an in-house testing laboratory.
